Value Added Fashion Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. was established in the year 2004 under the umbrella of Kothari Syntex Mills of Surat. The company was set up as the export division for the Kothari group. This humble beginning paved way for a new era in the fashion fabrics export market in India. Indian fashion market has realized that now is the time to go that extra mile in satisfying the fashion enthusiasts. They appreciate innovative works in fashion fabrics but better appreciate the value additions such as sequin work, thread work, embroidery and something more on the same lines. Value Added Fashion Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. was established with a vision to take Indian fashion fabrics exports to the forefront of world fashion economics. It was seen that India was growing as one of the chief destinations for fashion enthusiasts all across the world but there was no Indian company that traversed a new path to give them something innovative and exclusive. Kothari Syntex Mills of Surat set up this export division to fill that gap in the market. Thus, we had our mission of filling up the value addition gap in the fashion fabric industry in India. However, our ultimate goal is to create an infinite base of satisfied customers across the globe and meet all their needs in dress material in terms of fabrics variety, embroidery designs, price range as well as quality of the product.
